What This Site Provides

This site describes insurance guidance and quoting across vehicle, property, health, Medicare, life and final expense cover. The material on it is general in nature and written to explain how those lines of cover work.

Nothing here is a binder, a certificate or a promise of coverage. Cover exists only once a policy has been issued by an insurance carrier and the terms of that policy govern what is actually paid.

Who May Use It

Use of this site is limited to residents of the United States who are at least eighteen years of age and legally able to enter an insurance contract.

Details submitted must be accurate and complete. Inaccurate information affects the quotes returned and can affect whether a carrier will honor a claim later, so it matters more than it might appear.

Account Details

An account holder is responsible for keeping login details private and for any activity that takes place under those details. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported without delay.

Accounts may be suspended or closed where the details provided appear false, where the site is being misused, or where activity risks harm to other users or to the service itself.

Quotes And Pricing

Any figure quoted is an estimate based on the details supplied and the rates a carrier is offering at that moment. It is not a fixed price and it is not an offer of insurance.

Final pricing is set by the carrier after underwriting, which can take account of information a quote request never asked for. Rates also change over time, so an estimate does not remain valid indefinitely.

Messages And Consent

Selecting the consent boxes at signup permits contact by text and phone for the purposes described beside each box. Account and inquiry messages relate to activity, saved details, confirmations and reminders.

Marketing messages are permitted separately and are not a condition of any purchase. Replying STOP ends them, replying HELP returns support information, and standard message and data rates may apply.

Acceptable Use

This site may not be used to submit false information, to impersonate another person, to interfere with its operation, to attempt access to areas that are not public, or to collect information about other users.

Quoting and issuing cover involves insurance carriers and service providers who operate independently under their own terms and their own regulatory obligations.

This site and the material on it are provided as they are. While care is taken to keep everything accurate and current, no guarantee is given that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or complete at all times.

Insurance rules and product terms differ by state and change over time. Where anything on this site conflicts with an actual policy document, the policy document governs.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on general information published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them affects rights available under an issued insurance policy.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of this site is to be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and not as part of a class or representative proceeding.

The arbitration is conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider in the applicable jurisdiction. Either side may still pursue a qualifying claim in small claims court.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply in full, and the unenforceable part is read as narrowly as needed to give effect to the rest.
