About TheShireHub

Six lines of cover, one desk to reach me at, and plain wording long before you sign.

Why I Do This

Reading The Policy Is The Part I Enjoy

Every household I sit with owns policies collected over the years from whoever happened to be selling at the time. Nothing lines up, and the holes between them stay quiet until a claim goes looking for one.

I built TheShireHub so that stops happening. All six lines cross my desk, so when you ask what a deductible on one policy means, I can answer it against the five sitting beside it.

I read the wording end to end, weigh the limits against what replacing the thing would run today, and tell you where the cover is thin while it can still be fixed. You move at whatever speed the decision deserves.

How I Work

Four Habits I Never Skip

None of it is clever. It is just what falls out when I treat a policy as something you will one day have to lean on.

I Start With The Exclusions

The front page of a policy tells you almost nothing. I go straight to the list of what it will not pay, because that page decides whether the rest is worth buying.

I Price It Against Today

A limit set years ago can sit far below what rebuilding or replacing costs now. I check every figure against current prices instead of trusting the paperwork.

I Say It In Plain Words

If a clause needs a glossary, I translate it before handing it over. A choice you understand outlasts a choice you only agreed to.

I Stay After You Sign

Selling the policy is the simple half of this. The half that counts arrives later, when something breaks and somebody has to chase the file until money lands.

Want To See What Fits You

Tell me a little and I will send back real figures for whatever cover you are weighing. You owe me nothing for looking.

The Simple Version

Three Steps and You Are Covered

No long forms, no waiting on hold. Most people get through all three steps in a single afternoon, and you set the pace throughout.

You Tell Me the Basics

A quick chat about the household, the budget, and what worries you most. Everything after that comes out of it.

I Bring Back Options

A short list of real policies, with the price, the limits, and the gaps all sitting out in the open.

You Sign, I Stay

Cover starts, the paperwork is filed, and the same person is here when something changes later on.

Once Cover Begins

I Keep Watching As Life Moves

A policy is only right on the day it is signed. Everything below I do myself, so you never have to remember to ask.

  • I Check Every Renewal

When your renewal notice lands I hold it up against what other carriers are asking, so a quiet increase never gets past me.

  • I Adjust When Things Change

A move, a teenage driver, a change of job. Any of those can bend a policy out of shape, and one message to me puts it right.

  • I Put It All In Writing

Quotes, limits and comparisons come to you as documents you can file, never as numbers I said aloud once.

  • I Sit With You At Claim Time

I fill the forms in with you, then ride the file while it sits with the carrier and pass on every update I get.
